We want you to love what you bought. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Just email us at service@glowtoppers.com with:
1.Your order number
2.A photo showing the issue (if defective or incorrect)
3.Whether you’d like a refund or exchange
We’ll reply with return instructions and our return address.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be:
Unopened, unused, and undamaged
In resaleable condition
With all tamper-resistant seals and original packaging intact
Items that are stained, damaged, or show signs of use are not refundable unless the issue was our error.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and proper packaging.
We recommend using a regular postal service with tracking. Once you’ve shipped the item, email us the tracking number.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:
Full refund will be issued if the item meets the return conditions above.
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in original condition (e.g., damaged or stained) through no fault of ours.
Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt. However, depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you haven’t seen your refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again. If it’s still not there, contact your card issuer. Once the refund has left our system, the timing is controlled by your bank.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already have been processed and dispatched.
